We offer our cleaning services in the following locations.

Keighley & surrounding areas in the following postcodes – BD20, BD21 & BD22

Bingley & surrounding areas in the following postcodes – BD16

Shipley & surrounding areas in the following postcodes – BD17 & BD18

Do you offer a collection & delivery service for ironing?

At the moment we are not offering a delivery service, but you can drop off and collect at most times throughout the day and early evening.

Is there any minimum charge?

We have a 2-hour minimum call out to use our cleaning service.

For our ironing service there is no minimum amount you can bring, during busy times we may place a 2-hour maximum time limit.

Can you do my ironing whilst cleaning my home?

Ironing is done by Karen and her neighbour Donna who is a qualified seamstress, this way we can guarantee the best quality service.

To ensure the standards of our work, we do all ironing at our premises.

We use a commercial grade ironing system that removes more creases than a domestic iron and board will. It will also be much faster and more cost effective for you.

Are you quotes free?

All of our quotes are no obligation and free of charge.

We are happy to come out and visit you at the property you need cleaning.

This gives you a chance to find out a little about us and will give us a chance to have a look around the rooms and provide you with options to suit your budget and needs.

 

How should I pay for service used?

Regular cleans, we will email your invoice to you at the end of each month with the balance to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days.

One off cleans we ask for payment by cash or into our account on the day of the clean.

Ironing, we ask for payment on collection of your items, unless you are a commercial customer which we will invoice monthly.

Will we keep the same cleaners each time?

Karen has a small team of 7 cleaners including herself. We do our best to keep all customers with the same 2 cleaners each week.

During holidays or absence this may change but we will do our best to ensure one of your usual cleaners will be there that week.
